Introduction:
A Jordanian cooperative association registered with cooperative societies in 2019. It is concerned with improving and developing the capabilities of workers in various industries and empowering them by providing various industrial, agricultural and social services to them and their workers, especially in the areas related to work, creativity and innovation.

Investing all human and material resources to uncover talents and creativity in various fields, developing and empowering them among workers in various industries, and cooperating with various governmental, private and humanitarian institutions in order to enhance capabilities and capabilities that stimulate excellence and production in the service of the nation and society in all its segments.

Objectives
1. Promote innovation and scientific research in agricultural, industrial, and health sectors to support development and improve members’ living standards.
2. Empower work and production in professional, industrial, and agricultural fields through training, financing, and technical support for members and the community.
3. Develop skills of individuals and artisans and support small and medium enterprises to create job opportunities and enhance market competitiveness.
4. Improve production quality by introducing modern technologies and applying quality and safety standards.
5. Raise awareness and education in Jordanian society about innovation, environment, health, and networking with partners.
6. Promote sustainability and environmental awareness by preserving natural resources, reducing pollution, and implementing eco-friendly projects.
7. Enable digital marketing and institutional development to expand the reach of products and services at fair prices locally and regionally.
8. Empower women, youth, and underprivileged groups in marginalized communities through training, opportunity creation, and support for their developmental initiatives.
